How Are
You Really?

So often when someone asks a man, “How are you?” the usual answer is, “Yeah, good.” And that’s it. On the outside everything looks fine, but inside it can feel like we’re falling apart.

Wild Wood is a place to share what’s really going on—before it all gets too heavy. Think of it as a pressure release valve.

In the circle, you’ll find a group of men who listen without judgement, offer advice if you want it, and give you space to finally get things off your chest.

How Do I Attend?

Got a question or thinking about joining us? Send us a message through our website or socials — we’d love to hear from you. We’ll have a quick chat to get to know you and see how we can support you.

We keep our groups small (no more than ten men) so everyone has space to talk, share, and feel heard.

If you’re planning to come along, just give us a quick heads-up so we can confirm numbers and make sure there’s a spot ready for you.

All talking sessions are Free to attend and tea, coffee and biscuits are provided.

Winter Sessions
From November to March, we meet indoors at Bannatyne Wildmoor Gym in the Meeting Room. These sessions focus on talking, releasing and connecting — no weekly activities.

We also run Super Social Saturdays once a month, where we get together for a relaxed, fun activity organised by the team.

Weekly Sessions:

Mondays: 6:15pm – 8:00pm (Freetalk- any man open conversation)

When you arrive, let reception know you’re attending the Wildwood Talking Group, sign in, and they’ll direct you to the Meeting Room.

If you’d like to join us, please email us at least one day before the session to let us know you’re coming.

Suicide is the biggest killer of Men under 50

A frightening statistic and not one that is well known. Men's mental health is a silent war and one we are all trying our best to combat individually coping as best we can. But there is another way!
