How Are
You Really?

So often when someone asks a man, “How are you?” the usual answer is, “Yeah, good.” And that’s it. On the outside everything looks fine, but inside it can feel like we’re falling apart.

Wild Wood is a place to share what’s really going on—before it all gets too heavy. Think of it as a pressure release valve.

In the circle, you’ll find a group of men who listen without judgement, offer advice if you want it, and give you space to finally get things off your chest.

How Do I Attend?

If you’re planning to come along, just let us know in advance so we can confirm numbers and make sure there’s a place ready for you.

All talking sessions are free to attend, and tea, coffee, and biscuits are always provided.

Winter Sessions
From 13th April, we’ll be moving back outdoors, meeting at Holy Trinity Churchyard in Stratford-upon-Avon, beneath the majestic ancient yew trees.

Parking is free after 6pm throughout Old Town.

In May, we’ll return to the Welcombe Hills.

We also host Super Social Saturdays once a month — relaxed, enjoyable activities organised by the team, offering a chance to connect in a more informal setting.

Weekly Sessions
Mondays: 6:15pm – 8:00pm (Free Talk — open conversation for any man)

If you’d like to join us, please email at least one day before the session to let us know you’re coming.

Suicide is the biggest killer of Men under 50

A frightening statistic and not one that is well known. Men's mental health is a silent war and one we are all trying our best to combat individually coping as best we can. But there is another way!
